Japan Rum Association
A collaborative event was held to connect consumers with rum, with the aim of raising awareness, popularizing, and establishing rum.
There are over 40,000 brands in the world, and the appeal of rum has continued to evolve for over 400 years.
We showcase the fun and great potential of rum through cocktails and pairing menus made with seasonal ingredients.
Japan Cachaça Association
The event will be held over two months to raise awareness and popularity of Cachaça, Brazil's national distilled spirit, which is still little known in Japan.
Over 300 Cachaça cocktails were sold over a two-month period, including the signature cocktail, the Caipirinha.
The brand was featured both online and in its own stores, helping to increase its name recognition and popularity.
KYRO & SPIRITS
A collaboration event with KYRÖ, a brand that embodies the dreams of Finnish sauna lovers
Hosting "KYRÖ & SPIRITS"

There will be a mini-lōyly and gin blending experience, as well as a campaign to win official Kyrö recipe hot gin and ryeballs, and rare Kyrö goods.

DISTILLERIE DE PARIS & SPIRITS
In conjunction with the visit of Nicolas Jules, Master Distiller of Distillerie de Paris,
Held a master class seminar for professionals at &SPIRITS.
Famous bartenders from Tokyo and gin media representatives were invited to the event, providing an opportunity for the distillers themselves to give enthusiastic explanations about the brand, products and manufacturing process.
As a liquor store, Distillerie de Paris bottles are available for sale in-store.
We plan to continue to actively hold seminars in order to establish &SPIRITS as a hub for distillers around the world.

About the Representative
Ai Kuroda
Born in 1989 in Shizuoka Prefecture.
Graduated from Keio University Faculty of Letters, majoring in English and American Literature.
After graduating, she worked mainly in press and promotion at an apparel company. After that, while raising her children, she worked as an English clerical worker and an online English teacher, and was put in charge of launching a spirits business, which she had always loved. In June 2022, she became independent and became the representative director of And Spirits Co., Ltd. In addition to running two liquor stores and bars in Tokyo, she also oversees import wholesale, original product development, and event planning and management.
In April 2024, he will become the first Japanese person to pass the international whiskey qualification, Master of Scotch.
